At DesignByMoonlight we work hard to make development of your new website a pleasant and low-stress experience. Our constant focus on customer service and satisfaction benefits you in these ways:
- You'll find us exceptionally responsive to your wishes.
We're not satisfied until you get exactly what you want in a site. Although we typically charge a fixed fee per page, under normal circumstances we don't limit the amount of time we work on your website. And we go the extra mile to work with hosting providers and solve technical issues.
- We work on your calendar, not ours.
We will generally take as long as you need to work through the design process. We will not rush you along or distract you from your main focus on your business. We will own the project and help you move forward on your schedule.
- You don't need to have extensive computer experience to work with us.
We can fill in what you need to know about the computing side of the project. We will help with information and instructions on subjects like uploading, form functionality and email.
- We're not just an unknown face behind a distant desk.
We're a part of the community, we do pro bono site design whenever time and resources permit, and we enjoy the people whose sites we design and maintain. Customer service is a pleasure, not a chore, so we enjoy making house calls (locally, of course!) to discuss design progress or help fix problems.
